Testimonials about the Experience

I’ve been attending these groups for over a year now and I have found them to be transformative. Ti0 offers a truly unique perspective on psycho-spiritual development, one that is grounded in practical philosophy and hard-won insights of his own. It is immediately apparent that Ti0 is an astonishingly wise and perspicacious teacher.

He is exquisitely sensitive, able to detect the subtlest nuances of psychological dynamics and zero in where people are stuck. I continually marvel at Ti0’s ability to cut through to the core issues with surgical precision. This might all be very intimidating if it weren’t so well balanced with genuine humility and compassion. He is a profound teacher and also, importantly, he is disarmingly relatable, never posturing as the all-knowing guru. And he’s pretty funny.

I have been working with Ti0 for 3 years now. At first it was strange for me to work on consciousness exploration with him as I have known him as one of my closest friends Rohan long before I knew him as Ti0 the consciousness development facilitator.

Despite my reservations, the work we have done together has been super helpful. Ti0’s style is unique. Unlike my experience with conventional therapy, there is a strong emphasis on using our own power to further our knowledge of the self and keep moving forward.

When I started working with Ti0 in 2018, I had severe depression, poor physical and mental health, and several addictions. Through several techniques and exercises outlined in the Study of Self, I have had several insights on my anti-patterns. And as mentioned before I was able to use my own power with the support of a close-knit community to overcome a lot of them.

I don’t want this testimonial to be seen as some ridiculous infomercial as seen on TV. So, before I share some of my results, I’ll say this, the work is not a magic pill. You get results based on the effort that you put in.

A few key takeaways,

  • I was able to let go of my hypochondriac tendencies, and this has helped me improve my physical and mental health.
  • After several years of struggling with the auto-immune disease Lupus and using meds that were having severe side-effects, through working with Ti0 I started understanding the source of the Lupus, stopped the meds, did the inner-work, and two years later got a negative diagnosis for lupus.
  • I have overcome my dependency on substances like cannabis and alcohol. The techniques also have given me a greater understanding of the root cause of my addictive tendencies and how to work on them.
  • The group sessions have been immensely supportive in working with grief and trauma. They helped me process the sudden loss of my father, a near fatal accident, and several other heavy experiences.

Most importantly, the understanding that I am always a work in progress has given me the will to keep showing up for myself.

Learning from Ti0 has been life-changing and unlike anything else I’ve encountered. I find it difficult to express myself, but he has this uncanny ability to get to the heart of the matter and bring clarity to the chaos. It’s empowering to have someone see you for your potential. Ti0 is patient and supportive without enabling me, I feel safe to be raw, weird, messy and go at my own pace.

Each meeting challenges me to push myself a little further, try different perspectives or see new possibilities. The lessons I’ve learnt so far have been mind-bending and working with him [and the group] leaves me feeling more optimistic than ever before.

Study of Self offers a practical, no-nonsense approach to personal development and philosophy through an array of topics not typically focused on the usual groups. I’ve done a lot of courses, retreats, workshops, did coaching, did traditional therapy, did hypnotherapy, taken a fair cocktail of medications, read countless books, listened to countless podcasts and more for over a decade, and can say with confidence this is very different material, and different in how the material is engaged with.

It’s by no means a replacement or silver bullet to all the other things I’ve mentioned, but rather the binder to all of them. Paired with the small group sessions, the course offers a very safe supportive space, has a great accountability factor and applied knowledge to them too. I highly recommend this course to people looking to heal and improve their mental health, or level up their existing knowledge in a safe environment.

Ti0 is a genuine, intuitive-healing spirit that is open and non judgmental; this is vital in establishing trust and a sense of belonging. Our path crossed at a time when I most needed it and I received support and tools to work through some serious sadness and a sense of loss that had me trapped for years… It was and still is a process, but I am in a much better place.

Ti0’s approach is generous in regards to the amount of time he spends with you and how giving he is of himself. The sessions are not “magic”, they require work, commitment and honesty with yourself to benefit and you also learn from others in the group as they process. I am very, very grateful to have met Ti0 and to have had the privilege to work with him.

My experience thus far has been overwhelmingly positive.

I think my favorite things have been the study of self videos, and the virtual group discussions, especially when you’ve weighed in on people’s personal challenges. I think I’d like to try one-on-one sessions, but I also enjoy meeting the other folks in the group and learning about their own personal journeys. I would love to continue this work and the discussions. The videos have been divinely timed in the way they synchronize with my life and events or movements of consciousness, I go back to them often and rewatch them and take notes for my personal reference – I love what you have to say and it all makes sense to me!

On that note, I think you are an excellent communicator of  concepts around a practical spirituality and creating and maintaining conscious awareness! I have struggled to find mentors who could communicate as clearly as you do, far too many times the mentors I’ve found are too cryptic or perhaps secretive and gatekeeping information or simply what they say is full of conspiracy theories and doesn’t resonate with me, and I find it hard to internalize the teachings. You are incredibly well-rounded in your communication and background in psychology and spirituality that it almost always resonates well with me. Not only at an intellectual level, but I can also integrate your wisdom into actual practice of building my conscious awareness and maintaining balance in my life.

You’re also very direct and a little pushy during the group discussions, but it feels safe to me, and I think that being forceful is sometimes necessary when dealing with people who often suppress or block their own nature/energies because it’s the patterns we’re trapped under, so we need help from a mentor in pushing past that conditioning. That’s truly transformational and that kind of discussion feels very sacred to me, especially when witnessed and respected by others. That’s definitely what makes the Infinite Zero experience worth it for me is your personal touch and way of communicating and holding sacred space.

In my first online consultation with Ti0, we talked about a very sensitive matter to me. He helped me to connect that with an early experience in life in a very deep way. His presence was warm, authentic, comforting, grounding… and I knew I could allow myself to explore that matter this time. He held the space for me in a way that I never experienced before: he gave me time, all his attention, wise and precise instructions (in triggering moments) and very revealing feedbacks. I felt safe. And it’s amazing to me how a single consultation could be so much healing. For that and his devote and honest work, I’ll be forever grateful.

Q: How is it different from other self-help / coaching?

@dragonfly

  • Ti0’s direct approach, or “pitiless compassion”, as he sometimes refers to it.
  • An eclectic, dynamic and ever-evolving psycho-spiritual philosophy, from the teachings of Gurdjieff to lucid dreaming techniques.
  • Consistent, long-term attendance of group members.

@Liis

The focus is on healing core wounds as opposed to the symptoms/surface level behaviour. There are no set ideologies or formulaic frameworks, we each receive our own tailored approach.

Q: What is your favorite aspect of this work?

@Liis

Connecting to others on such a profound level [and laughing at myself].

@dragonfly

  • Having a safe place to be truly vulnerable with people I trust and respect.
  • Having an opportunity to look at my own dysfunctional patterns, blind spots and the many obvious and not so obvious ways I am attached to suffering.

Q: What could someone expect / not expect?

@dragonfly

  • Expect to be challenged.
  • Expect to discover some ugly and beautiful truths about yourself.
  • Expect to really care about people who live thousands of miles away and who you’ve never met in person.
  • Expect to feel all the feels.
  • Expect to view yourself and the universe differently.
  • Don’t expect to easily explain what you’re doing to anyone who isn’t doing this.
  • Don’t expect to be coddled (but do expect to be held).

@217

I don’t want this testimonial to be seen as some ridiculous infomercial as seen on TV. So, I’ll say this, the work is not a magic pill. You get results based on the effort that you put in.

@Liis

  • Don’t expect this to be like anything else out there
  • Expect insights. So many insights
  • Expect any certainties you have about yourself (or in general) to unravel
  • Expect your life to change, if you’re ready for it, it will happen

Q: What is your least favorite / most challenging aspect of this work?

@Liis

Being vulnerable is the most challenging (but worthwhile) aspect.

@dragonfly

Not being able to use the dysfunctional/defensive strategies (people pleasing, savior complex, blaming/victim identity etc.) I’ve used over the years.

Q: What keeps you going / coming back?

@dragonfly

Not being able to use the dysfunctional/defensive strategies (people pleasing, savior complex, blaming/victim identity etc.) I’ve used over the years.

@Liis

The truth. Witnessing my life transform.

@217

The group sessions have been immensely supportive in working with grief and trauma. They helped me process the sudden loss of my father, a near fatal accident, and several other heavy experiences.

Most importantly, the understanding that am always a work in progress has given me the will to keep showing up for myself.

Q: Why would you recommend this to someone?
What could they get from this?

@Liis

Ti0 has helped me grow in every area of my life, so it’s difficult to single out specifics. Ultimately, if you put the effort in, I believe you will find whatever you’re seeking because Ti0 helps to creatively engage with our challenges to find a way forward.
