Where it all began…
The vision emerged in December 2018, during a 3-week isolation in complete silence — no electricity, no contact. That’s where Ti0 and IO were born.
That’s where Ti0 discovered the pure joy and aliveness that is available to each and every one of us. That’s when “higher consciousness” was redefined from a chase for the spiritual carrot, into a love for life lived in every part of the world, here and now.
The vision is Ti0’s life-long mission that “started with” the sanctuary. The larger vision encompasses building an amusement park for souls; protecting, preserving, and regenerating evermore parts of the Atlantic rainforest; empowering the local community through infrastructure and education projects; and living stories that become movies.
Each is an independent frontier which is materializing in it’s own time. Leaders are invited to own, develop, invest, and evolve the vision for each dimension outlined below.

In 2022, Ti0 did his magic and turned a white rabbit into a beautiful property in the Atlantic Rainforest of Brazil, where he has been materializing the vision.
Just minutes away from gorgeous white-sand beaches and the surf-town of Itacaré in Bahia, Ti0 has built the first space that is his home, where he also receives people from all across the world for private immersions.

Protect, Preserve, Regenerate
With over 93% of the original Atlantic rainforest already decimated, what remains of this special and sacred treasure is asking to be protected and preserved. Part of our vision is to acquire as many properties as we can to also begin restoring what has been lost.
This will also naturally combine with the expansion of the sanctuary into neighboring properties as we build out more spaces for accommodations, activities, and events.
Ranging from neighboring properties to vast spaces in the region, we are looking for impact investors who will entrust us to steward the properties.
