The Leader — Ti0 Rohan
The Skeptic Who Became The Example
Ti0 did not seek to awaken, nor change his “epic” lifestyle of substance “enjoyment”.
His first Ayahuasca ceremony was approached as a cynic seeking the highest high — actively disbelieving, mocking, and criticizing all the spiritual aspects of the “sacred” plant. And, the sacred plant didn’t care 😂 (thankfully) — it broke open his mind and he met with the mystical divine.
What happened didn’t need explanation or proof or justification — all that was being lived and experienced in real time. A higher dimension of logic and rationality was unlocked — knowing happened. Reason wasn’t abandoned — it evolved.
Born and brought up as Rohan from Mumbai — software developer and security engineer at Amazon in Seattle, a self-proclaimed skeptic and atheist who believed in nothing. He left that life behind for an 8-year apprenticeship in shamanism and psychotherapy, becoming second-in-command at a leading Ayahuasca retreat center, which again he left behind to follow the next calling to lead his own vision and build the sanctuary.
Over 11 years, he has served more than 1,000 individuals in intimate, deep settings. Serving over 5,000 sacred doses of Ayahuasca, and having more than 600 personal journeys with the power plants himself, he has been humbly transformed into the one who holds space for others to witness the miraculous through direct experience.
He trained across various disciplines including shamanism, psychotherapy, energy healing, the Fourth Way of consciousness, and mystic sciences of tantra, kundalini, and yoga — formally initiated as a spiritual master. In other words, someone who knows and speaks much about nothing.
Ti0 loves working with skeptics and cynics because he was the most resistant of all. He equally enjoys guiding believers to knowing, and advanced practitioners to deeper embodiment of the ineffable truths.
His journey is the proof that there is no single path. Ti0’s work is to create space for each unique path to emerge and evolve to it’s next level. He uses whatever modality is called for in each moment, creating a deeply dynamic, adaptive, and personalized experience for every individual.

Lighting The Path To The Feeling Of Home
Ruta holds a deep and powerful field of love, compassion, playfulness, and an infectious joy for life.
Her primary role during the immersions is to help you stay centered in the feeling of home within yourself, awakening your purest essence — which becomes your baseline for life.
Ruta has manifested magic in various shapes and forms.
From growing up in a tiny village in Lithuania to living in seven countries, including the wild Brazilian jungle and the gorgeous coastline of Portugal with a sea view from the comfort of her bed.
From a dead-end corporate career to purposeful and deep work with visionary, rockstar clients, creating ripples throughout the world.
That is just a tiny glimpse into her world.
She is the founder of Redefining Success and the Redefining World movement. She is a co-founder and investor in IO. She joined the vision in early 2026 and has already made a huge impact, co-creating a magical space for the immersions.
She is also a co-facilitator of the immersions, playing an integral role in supporting participants as well as Ti0 during the ayahuasca ceremonies.

An absolutely vital member of our team, Edivaldo, aka Aratu / Crabinho is our rockstar caretaker.
A deeply self-motivated, dedicated, hard-working man who inspires us to connect more deeply with nature and the land.
Completely contrary to the archetype of the typical Bahiano workers, Crabinho shows up in ways we cannot even expect or imagine.
Bringing his own vision to beautify the sanctuary, he landscapes, cultivates food and fruits, and cares deeply to maintain a serene and harmonious environment with his innate instincts and intuition.
We are always inspired by him and deeply appreciate the support he provides behind the scenes, providing us with a constant supply of fresh fruits including coconuts, pineapples, cacao, bananas, jackfruit, oranges, and several local delicacies, along with herbs and veggies he grows too.
